You will find within our range, exceptional products, so fine in taste they will delight your taste buds during your gourmet dinners.

The Maison du Jambon de Bayonne opened its doors January 2001 in Arzacq at the heart of the Adour basin.

All year long, the Maison du Jambon de Bayonne allows you to discover the history, culture and more than a thousand years of traditional know-how of its dry cured meats and Bayonne Ham which for a very long time was the only source of food savings before the development of sterilization processes, pasteurization and use of mechanical cooling systems, not to mention salt from the Salies-de-Béarn.

The Maison du Jambon de Bayonne offers a selection of fine traditional deli products with a recognized and certified know-how.

Our Gastronomic Boutique offers PGI Jambon de Bayonne (gold medal winner at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris) and other local products made with South-West Pork (such as Dry sausage, dry sausage with Espelette pepper awarded bronze medal).

In Arzacq and Salies-de-Béarn, two interactives museums were created about Bayonne Ham and Salt from Salies-de-Béarn:
