  • 4 slices of Bayonne ham
  • 1 fresh goat chive pepper
  • Basil and sprig of chives
  • Curry and nutmeg
  • 4 toothpicks
 
  1. Cut the sprigs of chives into small pieces.
  2. Mix each serving of fresh cheese with chives, basil, curry and nutmeg.
  3. Spread slices of Bayonne ham, arrange each of the 4 preparations on the slices.
  4. Roll the slices of Bayonne ham.
  5. Cut each pudding in two or three.
  6. Prick them in the middle with a toothpick.
  7. Serve.
