MOZZARELLA, PEPPERS AND BAYONNE HAM TART

  • 1 Broken dough
  • 5 slices of Bayonne ham
  • 2 peppers (red, yellow or green according to taste)
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 shallot (optional)
  • 150 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • A little olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (Thermostat 6).
  2. Chop the onion and shallot and melt in the pan.
  3. Cut the peppers into cubes and add them to the pan.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in slices of Bayonne ham cut into strips and pour the oil gradually.
  6. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Place the dough in a pie pan and cover with the previous mixture
  8. Sprinkle grated Gruyère cheese and top with mozzarella slices, season with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
