Tasting advice : take out slices of Bayonne ham from the refrigerator 30 minutes before the tasting. Dry ham is best when tasted at room temperature. Indeed, it is the fat of the ham that gives it its unique taste, it must be a little fondant to sublimate the flavors of meat. Once opened, consume your dry ham pack of Bayonne within 48 hours.
