The Pork’s Hure is a meat product based on pork head. At La Maison du jambon in Bayonne, ours is 100% pork head! That’s why this cold meat from the South-West is also called “pâté de tête”. Indeed, our Hure is composed of pieces of muzzle, ears and cheeks. Tender and lean parts for a product with inimitable taste.
