Your Bayonne Ham GPI is a unique product. You will receive it at home covered with a breakdown (a mixture of fat and flour) to allow it a better conservation over time. This whole ham weighs between 6.8 and 7 kilograms. It will be delicately surrounded by a paper bag for transportation, which you will have to remove at reception.
A know-how and a quality certified, but also recognized since our Bayonne Ham has obtained several medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in recent years.
