Your whole Bayonne ham is unique: it is the result of a certified know-how. Indeed, our Bayonne Ham has had a PGI since 1998! Moreover, its quality has been recognized many times since it has been awarded several medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.

This raw ham has benefited from the best drying conditions at home in the South West. It is here, at the crossroads of Landes, Béarn and Gers, Bayonne ham is born. The “Bassin de L’Adour” offers Bayonne ham the best climatic and agricultural conditions to thrive.

Once arrived home, no worries! Slowly suspend your ham with bone in a place at room temperature, dry and ventilated. Cover it with a clean cloth or ham bag to protect it from insects. Finally, enjoy!
