4 kg bucket of Salies-de-Béarn Salt

Traditionally used to cure meats, the salt from Salies-de-Béarn is a pillar of our local cuisine. Full of mineral elements and trace elements, it is very tasty and it enhances all your dishes’ flavors. What is more, it is recommended within the PGI program.

The salt from Salies-de-Béarn results from the evaporation of the Reine Jeanne d’Oraas groundwater which is ten times as salted as seawater.
