Delicious Grandmother-style pâté flavored with Armagnac. A great classic of charcuterie, our pâté Grand-Mère is a large coarse ground grain terrine made from Pork liver PGI Southwest Pork. This ancestral pâté recipe comes directly from our countryside. A subtle blend of rind, lean and fat pork well flavored with salt and pepper mignonette. Well known in our region, the Grand-Mère pâté, also known as pate, is an alternative to our traditional pâté de campagne.

A unique taste of old pie to enjoy without delay. Thanks to La Maison du jambon de Bayonne, a charcuterie specialist from the South West, sample Bearnese traditions.
